The touch screen will also display the real-time working status of the feeding machine, such as the current feeding amount, whether the equipment is running normally, and other information.

This control method is simple and convenient to operate, and does not require operators to memorize complex instruction codes. Moreover, touch screen interfaces typically allow for multilingual switching, making it convenient for users from different countries and regions to use. In addition, some advanced touch screens also support user permission management, where users of different levels can perform different operations. 3、 Computer remote control

In some large-scale factory automation production systems, fully automatic feeding machines can be remotely controlled through computers. The feeding machine is connected to the local area network or industrial Internet of the factory, and the computer operates it through special control software. This method can achieve centralized management, and the operation of multiple feeding machines can be monitored and controlled in the central control room.

Computer remote control software can record the historical operating data of the feeding machine, such as the time, weight, and fault records of each feeding. These data are very helpful for the analysis and optimization of the production process. At the same time, remote control can also timely update and maintain the software of the equipment, improving its intelligence level.
